Extremely well done video. I’m impressed with the clarity and action. I was considering this same hitch system for my truck. This kind of seals the deal for me.

@cds417 I would have but it wasn’t available in May when I ordered the truck. Having said that, this hitch is great. I think it’s sixes one way or the other on quality of product and ability to tow.

@ben38619 No plans to. We’ll see when I get out of the warranty period.

@tj548p well you wouldn’t be disappointed with the power/mileage increase. if you find a tune that doesn’t leave a fingerprint on your ecu and you need to go in for warranty work, take it off. i’m sure you could just get the replacement pipe instead of the whole exhaust.

so this kit here you installed….I can run a gooseneck ball one day, than the next day, pop out the ball, slide in the 5th wheel and I can pull away with my rv?

@strumem90 Exactly. This hitch gives you the ability to pull both types of trailers.Don’t forget about a bumper pull also. The receiver under the bumper allows you to tow a heavy trailer that way as well. This truck is a towing machine.

@Fordman903 I’d be happy to but not sure how to get those kind of “action shots”. Any suggestions?

@tj548p well I thank you for the info. I am waiting on a phone call for my 2011 F350 to come in. Had to order mine in Should be soon though! Really appreciate it! This is just the first time I have seen a dual hitch, kinda cool. As far as the bumper hitch, it doesn’t get much use around here lol. Thanks again and hope your Super Duty brings years of use to you!

Great videos. One question, a little off topic, but why did you decide to go with Line-x as opposed to Rhino Lining or another brand? Thanks

@huntskidogg Fair question. It’s a matter of preference. The Rhino is soft and “rubbery” and felt like it could tear whereas the Line-X is rigid and hard. The Rhino was about 1/4 inch thick and the Line-X is about half that. I asked a lot of people and in the end decided the Line-X was more durable and less prone to fading. I have also abused it pretty hard and it truly looks like new. Cleans up really well. It just seemed there were more people who were happy with the Line-X.

Is your truck a short bed, or long bed? I’ve got a short bed F-250 with the B&W ball and want to pull my 5th wheel with it. I was considering a gooseneck adapter, but have gotten scared away because of rough rides and additional stress on trailer frame. I’m considering the companion now and hoping the set-back will allow clearance.
